Matt Maclean

Matt has grown up in the Paremata area. Having lived in most suburbs including Papakowhai, Whitby, Paremata and Plimmerton his local knowledge is invaluable. He also started his first business doing real estate signs in Porirua in the early nineties which he later successfully sold. Matt has spent the past 17 years setting up and selling companies. His most recent success is SmartMail, now New Zealand’s largest Email Marketing company. Previous to SmartMail Matt set up and initially ran VIVO wine bar in Wellington. VIVO has now been established for almost four years and is one of only a few New Zealand restaurants to have in international wine spectator award. Matt believes it’s the combination if this experience that sets him apart from the rest when it comes to selling your most valuable asset. While not shy in admitting he enjoys the odd wine, he also spends most mornings at the gym, however come summer he can be found waterskiing on the inlet or out fishing off Mana Island. He currently lives in Whitby with his wife Annamaria. If you see him around he is always up for a chat about the area so be sure stop him and introduce yourself.
