Dean File

Dean has joined the Bayleys Country team, based in the Feilding Office and will be predominately dealing with Rural properties in the Southern Manawatu and Horowhenua areas.

He is currently working as a Livestock Buyer in the same area, buying and selling both prime and store stock for farmer clients and also on behalf of AFFCO for processing at their plants. Dean will continue in this role as it compliments hi new position well.

Dean, and his wife Lea, live on their small block on the edge of Shannon and have been in the Horowhenua for almost 11 years. With the interaction in the Rural community over this time Dean has built an excellent rapport with many farmers and built a large database of prospective clients throughout the country.

Working for Bayleys experience team of professionals and their national database gives him very strong support with advertising in the Spring & Autumn Country Magazines that reach a broad national and international audience, Lower North publications, newspapers and the Bayleys Website. Because Dean will be the sales person with whom you will be listing he takes full responsibility for the marketing and promotion of your property. He will be the agent to show potential buyers around, even if the people come through another agent, which is important because he will know more about the features and benefits of your property and you will only have to deal with one agent.
