Sally, Ian & Kate Paterson

Ian Paterson has a Diploma in Agriculture and started out as a stock agent and auctioneer, but today he is passionate about the real estate business. To him it’s not just about sales, profits, dividends, growth and expansion – the key in real estate is customer satisfaction! Well respected in the community, a long time Rotarian and a keen golfer, Ian believes communication makes the difference in providing a customer oriented service. Asking clients what they want ensures knowing what they are looking for. Ian donates his time to different charity auctions and was awarded Wellington’s Award Winning Auctioneer for 2001 and 2002.

Sally Paterson is never one to baulk at ‘going the extra mile’, and this is perhaps why she is such a successful agent. Sally takes great pride in leaving no stone unturned when it comes to ensuring her clients are fully satisfied. Sally’s background as a Registered Nurse and raising three daughters, gives her a real empathy with people across all walks of life.

Kate Paterson is a breath of fresh air in the industry. With a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in valuation and property management, she has a passion and determination to raise the standards of Wellington’s Real Estate industry. Kate loves working with people and her greatest satisfaction is to see them happily settled. Her professional, friendly and honest approach creates lots of happy clients – who come back time and time again. In her time away from work Kate spends time with her husband Matthew. She is also a keen netball player and casual runner.
