    Question: We are from Plimmerton but are currently living in L.A. and as such are unable to view the property in person. Could you please answer the following questions for us. Where is the garaging located in relation to the main house? Does the main house have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms? Is the photo of the treelined driveway the driveway to the main house or to the cottage? Can you access the cottage by car from the main house or any other access road? Are the bedrooms in the main house double or single and do they have built in wardrobes?Is the only water view from the living room/deck? Do you have more photo's of the main house ie. bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen? Do you have a floor plan for the house you could email us? Is there a boatshed on the property?     Answer: Hi Thank you for your email. There are two garages. A tandem is located down the drive and close to the main house, the single garage is located on Seaview Road ( Road side ) The main house has two bathrooms plus an older style shower and toilet facility off the laundry area. There are four bedrooms and a study. The treelined driveway is to the house not the cottage, the cottage is walk on access only unless one drives along the water front which is tide dependant only. The bedrooms are three double and one single and yes they have wardrobing. I donot have a floor plan for this property...The property is currently rented.     Answer: Hi Jacqui Thank you for your email. The main house is at a reduced rental of $450.00 per week ( due to the property being on the market ) The cottage is rented for $250.00 per week.
