There is an uncluttered broad flat terrace out to the edge of the cliff, which finishes in an infinity reflecting pool giving the illusion of being continuous with the sea; and off to one side there is a sunken seating area.

As with the exterior the materials have been chosen for form and function. Concrete and custom made concrete brick are used for walls and ceilings. The parquet floors are American Oak and the cabinetry is American Maple by Hayden and Rollett.
Substantial use of glass allows the light to flood in and an opportunity for the magnificent view to become a feature of the interior.
