    Answer: Hi, it is an interesting property. Besides the house itself, the studio up behind the house (connected by pathways to the main house) is 49 m2. Then there is also the huge workshop at the very rear, suitable for just about anything and a man's dream come true. The CV is $690k, the owners have already turned down an offer in the high $600's so that will give you perhaps an indication of price. If I can help further - please let me know.
