    Question: As per our telephone conversation today I would be interested in coming down to New Zealand to view this property and others in the area. My budget for this property is 300K and I as we are also looking at other areas of NZ I am very fixed at this price. Please advise whether it is worth me coming to view this particular property at this price otherwise I will take some more time and keep looking - I am not in a hurry.     Answer: The Auction is on Thursday and we know the vendor is very serious about selling and we will not know until Auction day what they will take. I confirmed with the Vendors tonight that they want the property sold on Auction day. I can not promise if you will buy it for 300k but I also don't want you disappointed if it sold for sold for less on the day. It is an awesome property in respect of it's ambience and will make a great holiday or permanent home for someone. Your best opportunity would be to view the proprty and be at the Auction.
