The Vendors of this 82.7ha block have bought another lifestyle property and are therefore releasing this investment to the market. THERE IS A "FORESTRY RIGHT" Joint Venture agreement on the property of which 55ha of the approximately 13 year old pine trees are planted. The Vendors/Landowners (Guarantor) will received 10% revenue on stump. All outgoing's are met by the Joint Venture Partner (Guarantee) who receives 90% on stump.
