David has been involved in real estate for the past nine years. During that time he has sold a large number of premier horticulture and lifestyle properties throughout Northland, and has recently acquired the dual role as Auction Manager - Northland.

With over 25 years experience in fruit growing, fruit picking and exporting David is extremely well placed to advise his clients on the sale of their horticulture and rural investments.

He brings to the table excellent communication and negotiating skills and is a strong believer in working very closely with his clients and prospective customers. David’s commitment to total service is regularly rewarded by the many clients who return to do further business with him, both buying and selling. Over the years he has been involved in the multiple sales of a number of key properties in Northland.

In his role as Auction Manager – Northland, David has developed an in-depth understanding of all aspects of the real estate market – Residential, Coastal, Commercial, Lifestyle and Rural.

He welcomes the new Real Estate Agents Act which he believes will have a positive impact on the industry and will benefit consumers.
