Returning to the Sunny Bay of Plenty in 1996, Lorry & Gloria Haycock decided to settle in Te Puna, where Gloria’s career in sales has helped them to enjoy a fabulous lifestyle, achieving awards both in NZ and overseas. Gloria has always thrived in sales.

Lorry started his working life as an orchard cadet here in Tauranga, he has also been a Police officer based in Hamilton and then Taupo. Lorry then had a successful contracting business in Taupo for 10 years before moving to the Bay where he assists Gloria in real estate.

Gloria had an interest in finance, working for the BNZ for six years. Moving from there into sales, she found her passion. Gloria has spent the last sixteen years enjoying all aspects of sales, from marketing to negotiations and especially the people. Gloria builds rapport easily with people of all ages, and has always been totally committed to ‘Making it Happen’

Married for 26 years, they have two adult daughters Candice and Whitney. Both girls have an entrepreneurial spirit, starting a Free Range Egg business together in 2003. Candice (Hairdresser) & Whitney (Beautician) are now living in Perth and enjoying their OE together.

Lorry & Gloria have personally designed and built 8 uniquely styled homes, thoroughly enjoying the whole process, from purchasing the land, design and build, through to the eventual sale.

Lifestyle properties are their passion. They live lifestyle and love it, knowing first hand the benefits of growing up and raising children in the country. Their local knowledge and understanding of the implications of owning lifestyle properties, benefits both vendor and purchasers alike.

Investment properties are also one of their focuses in realestate as they enjoy both the building and renovating challenges. They have a keen eye for potential, with a view to increasing value.
