Anne Duncan has a wealth of local knowledge and experience having lived in the area for most of her adult life.
Girls run in the family, with Kate, Emma and Helen all attending Ferndale Kindergarten, Marist Primary then Marist College before going on to University. Granddaughter Kayla has been joined by Darragh and Liam, sons of Helen and Owen.
Anne is passionate about Mt Albert and is committed to the community, supporting local schools, clubs and sports clubs. After 11 years of successfully selling local real estate, and managing a Mt Albert Real Estate Franchise, Anne was ready for the challenge of opening her own office, and with husband Ross, set about establishing Anne Duncan Real Estate in August 2004. It is not surprising it would be an overnight success.
In a short time the team grew to become a dominant player in Mt Albert and surrounding suburbs. Driving through the streets any weekend and seeing the for sale and open home signs will attest to that fact.
The company grew to include the Property Management & Rental Division, and accommodates regular in-house auctions.
Anne as a quick, creative thinker has always given her clients the edge over the competition by backing innovative marketing with excellent sales and negotiating performance. Building an easy rapport, excellent listening skills and providing her vendors and buyers with the best service possible, she ensures a high level of repeat business and a constant stream of referrals.

He enjoyed many long-lasting relationships with clients who were passionate about great landscape design - and a veritable who's who of high profile Aucklanders in some of the cities most affluent suburbs.
It's that relationship building aspect of real estate that appealed, combined with his passion for business, property and architecture.
He gets a real adrenalin rush from making sales - seeing people's reactions; their enthusiasm - and thrives on offering fantastic service. By listening to people carefully, he fulfils their needs in a courteous and honest, open-book manner.
One thing that sets a good sales consultant apart, he says, is the ability to provide information and knowledge so people are better equipped to make more satisfying choices.
