A customer focused skilled negotiator who doesn't do anything by halves just about sums up Sieva who has recently joined our team after returning home from the United States.

Sieva started her career in customer service roles with United Airlines working in New Zealand and then moving to Australia, where she was handpicked to be the United Airlines sole representative in the Olympic Travel Office during the Sydney 2000 Olympics and Paralympics, a definite highlight of her long standing career at United. This was also where she gained valuable sales and negotiation experience in her role in the Group Sales Team where she was responsible for her own portfolio of multi-million dollar accounts.

A move to the United States saw Sieva build on her customer service experience working as a Guest Relations Manager at a prominent San Francisco hotel, a role that involved premier service and touch point customer care.

Buying and selling properties through numerous relocations to different cities within the US fired up Sieva's long-standing love for property. She obtained her Salesperson's License in Real Estate and became a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors ensuring she was armed with the highest level of knowledge while buying and managing her own investment properties.

After being abroad for 12 years, Sieva felt the time was right to return home and be close to family. As soon as she set foot on NZ soil she hit the ground running and obtained her REINZ Certificate and joined Custom Residential.

For Sieva, the real estate profession is all about people. Having been at both end of the spectrum in selling and buying, she understands how stressful, time-consuming and overwhelming it can sometimes get. It was important to her to understand the process in full, from beginning to end and to stay in regular contact so as to be informed every step of the way. Committed to delivering extraordinary customer care, Sieva strives to always build a relationship based on trust, communication and point-to-point service, and it is for this very reason she has joined the team at Custom Residential.

Sieva was born on the tiny island nation of Niue and moved to Auckland at a young age. She has a love of Polynesian arts and crafts and her other hobbies include kickboxing and fly fishing.
