Lifestyle In The City In Poets Block

I, 72 Thackeray Street, am reluctantly for sale as my owners are relocating. From 1999 to 2010, my beautiful 1950's character home has been tastefully refurbished. I am situated in a quiet, peaceful setting in a popular residential area. I have the best back yard any family could ask for. I have a vegetable garden (with raspberries & strawberries) and room to picnic under the oak and kick a ball around, all on a north-facing private, fully fenced yard, or you can subdivide me.

I have 4 bedrooms, new master with brand new ensuite and 2 living areas. A spacious dining/family room, with a modern kitchen, has a freestanding woodburner (3 years old), a large skylight, polished rimu/matai floors, and a door out to the deck. My separate lounge has a heat pump and French doors that open onto my greenheart wooden deck, giving great indoor/outdoor flow to the entertainment area.

If you want all the work done for you already, then your search ends here.

I believe listening skills, enthusiasm and negotiation skills are the most important factors that I, as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, can bring to the fore as an advocate for the sale of a client’s property.
For most of us, our home is our biggest asset. I recognize the significance of this and my aim is to achieve the absolute best outcome for you in today’s market. Ron Vink

Professionals Upper Hutt - Gillies and Mark Realty Ltd MREINZ

Licensed Real Estate Salesperson (REAA 2008), Member of the REINZ

Ron started in property in 1978 as a Valuer’s Cadet for The Valuation Department. Once qualified he moved into commercial property management for AMP and then into a private property development company.

In 1985 he started his own commercial painting business and this grew into a one-stop shop building industry business including house building, electrical services, kitchens and stair manufacturing, aluminium window fabrication and, of course, painting. At the peak of the business Ron employed some 50 staff.

In an endeavour to simplify his life in 1997, after a combination of closing and selling his business entities, he moved back into the property industry. Firstly, providing financial and residential property investment advice and secondly, marketing residential real estate.

Without a doubt Ron is a people person, so selling real estate with his vast experience of all facets to do with property, is a natural fit. He is able to help his clientsall manner of queries they have in the process and as he has been an avid property investor throughout the last 25 years, buying and selling more than 100 houses, he has learnt a thing or two about negotiating a good deal.

In May 2009 Ron took up the role of Manager of the Commercial and Property Investment Divisions with the intention of developing these areas of the Gillies and Mark business. The opportunities continue to abound and the future looks bright so expansion is definitely on the horizon.

Ron is married to Misty, a teacher at Trentham Primary School, and is father to three beautiful daughters and Grandpa to two gorgeous little granddaughters. He loves spending time with his family and friends and enjoys water sports including swimming, water-skiing, jet-skiing and water polo.
