Rob Nankervis is a real people person.

Whether there’s a negotiation or issue, Rob is always on hand to smooth
the way for a deal that will be beneficial to both parties. These skills, gained from years in the rural and lifestyle real estate sector, are an essential ingredient in achieving a great result.

Rob has experience both in selling realestate and from 2 ½ years managing and has qualified as an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand.

Rob’s good humour and relaxed approach belie his meticulous attention to
every detail in any sale or purchase.

Rob’s comprehensive practical horticultural knowledge was attained
from 10 years working in orcharding, largely in management, with one
of Hawke’s Bay’s most progressive fruit growing companies. He has a
National Certificate in Horticulture specialising in fruit production.

Rob has a strong local knowledge of the rural lifestyle scene having been born and
bred in the Bay.

Rob moved to Rural real estate, in March 2000 with Hawkes Bay’s most
enterprising Real Estate company, Property Brokers.

He enjoys the challenge of marketing and selling orchards, cropping
blocks, viticultural land, rural properteys and lifestyle holdings.

Rob combines horticultural, marketing and negotiation skills, an
understanding of the region’s special features, and a large network of
professionals to the best advantage of both buyers and sellers.
