Well loved this is one of those rare gems that is ideal for those starting out.
The appeal of low maintenance brick exterior is always popular & the well maintained interior will impress. There are 3 decent sized bedrooms & an immaculate but original kitchen & bathroom.
The ramp entry is perfect for the young or elderly and there is a deck that overlooks the expansive rear yard (1,012m² site in total).
On bus route and close to all levels of schooling so don't be slow.

Born in Wellington I spent a good part of my adult life in Auckland where prior to Real Estate I owned and managed a painting and decorating company specializing in the restoration of old villas and bungalows in most of Aucklands exclusive suburbs.
I am married to Jacqueline who comes from Switzerland. Jacqueline is a Residential Sales Specialist in her own right. We have two young children. I also have a daughter currently living and working in Australia. Prior to settling in the beautiful Lakes District of Rotorua, Jacqueline and I married and lived for almost 3 years in Zurich, Switzerland. We moved to Rotorua in 1995.
People and houses have been the main focus of my previous occupation. Real Estate is all about people and I decided that a career in Real Estate would be a good move. Since then I've never looked back!
In June 2007 I was declared the overall winner 2006-07 for the Regional Real Estate Institute Award for the Waikato/Bay of Plenty and Gisborne District for residential sales with a population 20,001-70,000. The Real Estate Institute of New Zealand Award represents all Real Estate Companies and perhaps proves that bigger is not always better. We are all very hard working and never lose focus of achieving the best result for our homeowners.
