Born in Scotland, Eleanor and her parents immigrated to New Zealand over 40 years ago; she has grown up in the Eastern Suburbs and has extensive local knowledge of the area.
Eleanor and her husband Murray bought their house in Kilbirnie 25 years ago and have carried out many renovations on it over this time.
2004 was the year that their family size was increased with the birth of baby Grace. Their son Matt attends the local college.
