79 Chatsworth Road & 103 Pinehaven Road Our house was originally listed with a different agent, we had a tender on another property and were hoping for a quick sale. 'Quick' came and went, and so did our tender, but we left our home on the market all the same. However, interest seemed minimal, and numbers at our open homes were low. After some months of slow to no progress, a chance meeting with Alena at a social event, where we talked shop a little, gave me a new perspective on selling our house and so we changed our agent. Alena gave us both her personal and professional advice, which we found invaluable. There were aspects I hadn't considered before, until she mentioned them. I found her to be honest (which I never thought I would say about a real estate agent :) - but also very realistic, which helped us to be realistic also. She was incredibly professional with regular feedback on our open homes, including her gut feel for perspective buyers, fantastic communication, yet also very friendly and flexible, accommodating our busy schedules. 79 Chatsworth Road & 104 Pinehaven Road Our home had been on the market since Oct 2011.... we enlisted Alena in Feb 2012, had an offer by March, with a settlement date in April! Not only did she sell our home promptly, but we then chucked our rental property at her also, which she sold even quicker!! The only stressful part of all this, is that now we had both houses sold, but our first baby was almost due and we had nowhere to live!! Alena then also assisted us with the purchase of our new home, and we managed to co-ordinate all settlement dates - which an 8 month pregnant me was most relieved about :) Alena was fundamental in this massive life change for us, she was fantastic, easy to deal with, enthusiastic, brilliant advice and very quick results!
