Chris Robson is enjoying selling real estate in his home town.
With a lengthy background in the NZ Police and owning a Brasserie in Auckland, Chris has learned that excellence in customer service and attention to detail ensures the job gets done well.
He began selling residential real estate in 2004 and has developed a solid referral base through word of mouth and repeat business dealing with previously satisfied customers.
The old adage of "the customer is always right" sits well with this agent, striving to ensure no stones are left unturned in the plan created to sell properties within required timeframes.
As well as achieving his AREINZ qualification, Chris is also an accomplished Auctioneer and has enjoyed winning a national title and competing in the REINZ annual competitions.
This experience has in turn ensured all ways of selling real estate can be clearly outlined to potential vendors.
Chris initiated the Whakatane Business Club, made up of like-minded local business people and has been successful in raising funds for various charities including Cure Kids, Salvation Army and Riding for the Disabled.
Chris is assisted by his wife, Arlene Davidson. Arlene is a Licensee Salesperson and brings to the team over 20 years extensive experience in Real Estate and the property industry. With a broad knowledge and skills attained in Sales and Marketing, Property Management, Construction and Property Development.
With an interest in running and supporters of our local Toi's Challenge and having completed the 100km Oxfam Trailwalker in 2017, Chris and Arlene are often seen enjoying a few kilometres on the local tracks. An interest in tennis from an early age sees Chris return to the local Whakatane Club with Arlene a keen player.
