To my way of thinking this business is about one thing, and its simple. It’s about trust.
I ‘ll never forget the immense pride I felt when I secured my first listing. The privilege of having the opportunity to handle the sale of that clients property came with a responsibility of knowing I had to do the very best for them not just in terms of the sale but the service I promised to them along the way.
Since that time I have enjoyed a career that has seen me collect numerous awards for service and performance (and some tough character building times as well), however that feeling of pride and privilege still happens every time a new vendor entrusts me to sell their property.
When satisfied vendors get me to work with them again for a second or third time I know that we are doing something right!
