Rajesh Bhatia

Rajesh Bhatia is a Post Graduate in Management from India's premier Management Institute - IIM, Ahmedabad and an Engineering graduate. He has wealth of experience with large multinationals (Unilever Group & Ford Motor) and Indian corporates (Escorts Ltd & Mahindra & Mahindra) in senior management positions. He developed the entire Dealer Network for Ford in India from scratch. He was Head of Business Development of a large company in India before he decided to migrate to New Zealand in 2002 for a “balanced Life”.

Starting at Bedpost NZ Store in 2002, he worked his way through to being the Area manager of “4 Seasons Home & Leisure, Auckland” in 2005.

During this period he also got into property investing. He created a portfolio of properties in a short span of time. He got fascinated by the power of property in creating wealth. He started his own consulting in June 2007. Since then he has helped number of his clients in creating property portfolios.
In his quest to learn more, he joined Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad Coaching in 2008 and completed “Chose to be Rich International Real estate” course.
His objective is to create a WIN-WIN solution for all the parties concerned.
