Its is with pleasure to write of our land agent Suzanne Cottle. We have known Sue over many years and the last few weeks she has been selling our property. Suzanne Cottle is one of those rare and very special individuals, who through her character and actions of being who she really is, her work ethic and determination for a better, safer, healthier society, and the positive attitude she always displays, ensures that she enhances, rewards and improves the lives of so many people. We listed our dairy farm in Ohau with Suzanne in December 2001 and are very pleased to have completed this transaction at a price, within a very reasonable time frame, and in a manner with which we are very comfortable. During the entire process of this sale we found Suzanne to be an outstanding real estate agent and also a lovely person with whom to have association. We would like to thank Suzanne Cottle for all the help she gave us over the six months we were looking at properties in Levin. We were first referred to Suzanne by Harcourt's in Tawa and and found that she understood our needs and only took us to see places of interest to us, and was not at all 'pushy'. Any queries we had, Suzanne got back to us with the answers very quickly. The day of possession turned out to be a little stressful with the previous owners, but it was very nice to see Suzanne call around later in the day with some much appreciated gifts.
