Mike Wade

If you are looking at buying a house/land package in Omokoroa then look no further than Mike Wade from Claridges Real Estate. Mike teams up with Greg Molesworth who is the builder. They are a great team. We were thrown into having to relocate from Wellington to Tauranga which was very stressful. After meeting up with Mike for the first time it become not so stressful. . He was honest, very approachable and gave us all the advice we needed to make our decision. Through Mike we met our builder Greg, we were on a tight budget but that was not an issue as they found a house/land package that we could not only afford but would also suit our needs. Greg showed us his other projects he was working on and we were very impressed. We have done this build whilst still living in Wellington. They have kept us up to date with everything and send is photos regularly. We move into our new home in the next couple of weeks and can’t wait! We cannot recommend this team highly enough.
