Kate Paterson is a breath of fresh air in the industry. With a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in valuation and property management, she has a passion and determination to raise the standards of Wellington’s Real Estate industry.

Kate loves working with people and her greatest satisfaction is to see them happily settled. Her professional, friendly and honest approach over the past 21 years in the industry has created lots of happy clients – who come back time and time again.

Away from work Kate spends time with her husband Matthew and children Pippa and Freddie.
