Kerry-Anne was exceptional from start to finish. She was very detailed in her appraisal of the house and gave fantastic advice about the strength of the market and the types of sales techniques we could use. Now, three years later we decided to downsize from our Manukau property so of course our first move was to approach Stephen who was still with Ray White Ltd but had teamed up with Kerry- Anne Hodgson whose qualifications included a degree in Architecture and experience as a Property Manager.
