Sandy Taylor has a long standing passion for real estate that dates back many years. It was Sandy’s undeniable skill for selling and for dealing with people which lead Sandy to complete her Branch Managers in 1998 and move into a management position. However her true passion was working closer to vendors and purchasers so Sandy stepped back into a residential salesperson's position.

In 2008 Sandy wanted to work particularly with the elderly, and moved in the Retirement Industry. Sandy was a Sales Manager for 3 ½ years and then moved in to Village Management with a sales component for the 2 1/2 a years. After being based on the shore for 6 years, Sandy decided in 2015 year to work near her local home patch.
While working in the retirement industry Sandy found her knowledge of Real Estate was extremely helpful to the potential residents selling their homes to move into a village.

Sandy is married with three children and three grandsons. Her husband is the Deputy Fire Chief at the Titirangi Station. Her interests include playing golf, reading and relaxing with family. Sandy is a marriage celebrant and was appointed a Justice of Peace in 1992. Sandy served 12 years on local council boards holding such positions as Deputy Chair and as a member of different ad hoc committees. Sandy was on the Portage Licencing Trust for 9 years, and a commercial board member for West Auckland Trust Services f0r 2 years. Sandy is currently on the Portage Ceramic Trust.

Throughout Sandy’s many years in the real estate profession she has developed a reputation for success and dedication.
