Hi, we’re Annushka Lee-Smith and Amber Bold.

We’ve set ourselves up as a real-estate team – an approach we trust will set the benchmark for real estate customer service in Hamilton – with first class results, both for sellers and buyers.

Combined, we believe we offer a skill-set and an eye for detail that others will find hard to match. While Annushka holds a law degree, Amber holds an interior design diploma – it’s therefore fair to say when it comes to paperwork and presentation, you can expect us to strive for perfection.

Make no mistake: We’re in real estate to get results, and that translates to sales.

Despite this, we like to take a ‘holistic’ approach in our dealings, and that means we always value our client base beyond the sale.

We’re highly mindful that all people in our dealings are integral part of both our network and community – it’s therefore important to us that each client feels valued and connected to us throughout the real estate process and beyond.

We understand that it’s likely that all people have their own expectations when it comes to service. Getting things right on our part depends on how well we’ve understood you, so we’ll seek to spend a good deal of time making ourselves available to you, asking the right questions from the outset.

Among our main aims is to ensure the real estate journey is as streamlined and stress-free as possible for both seller and buyer, and our team model makes this easily manageable.

Operating as a pair also allows us to offer a good deal of flexibility, so if plans or events require a ‘fresh’ approach or different front-person, we can easily adapt.
