Lorraine joined Selig Real Estate in 1986 after a 15 year career with the bank of New Zealand. In 1989 she completed the AREINZ qualifications and since 1990 has been director of Selig Real Estate and Manager of the Lower Hutt office.
Although Lorraine enjoys management responsibilities she feels her best qualities are her people skills, therefore, Selig Lower Hutt has been structured to enable her to sell full-time.
Lorraine has in-depth knowledge of the Lower Hutt Residential Real estate scene having sold in all areas and price ranges. She is proud to have been a leader in her field
Lorraine has been married to Barry, a banker since 1971 and has two adult children. Both Lorraine and Barry are active members of the Rotary Club of Hutt Valley in fact they have both been made Paul Harris Fellows - Rotary's highest award for services to Rotary and the community.
In 2005 Lorraine decided to form a selling partnership with Graham Brockie. This has enabled them to give their clients an even higher level of service. Between them they have now sold $250 million of Lower Hutt Real Estate - a record in Lower Hutt.
Lorraine is so motivated to keep at the top of her game in 2011 she completed The National Cert. in Real Estate very few if any other salespersons in Lower Hutt who have Agent statis would have undertaken this study.
