Noeleen started in real estate to give her daughter who was a salesperson, a helping hand with open homes. She soon found out what a passion she had for the business, and with encouragement from the branch manager, she decided to enter the real estate industry, listing and selling properties herself. Four months later she became “Rookie of the Northern Region” for a three month period.

Noeleen was brought up in Avondale, and now lives in Waterview. She is often able to tell her vendors the local history and has become somewhat of a specialist in both these areas and Mt Albert as well.

She has a good understanding of the stress that people feel when they are selling their home and tries to make the process as smooth as possible for her vendors. The numerous thank you letters she has attest to that.

Noeleen has four daughters and several grandchildren and attributes her skills in negotiation to years of practice with a large family. She has the support of her husband of many years, Ken, and together they make a great team.
