Born in England, Carole arrived in New Zealand over 15 years ago, after working as a midwife in both England and Saudi Arabia. Carole trained as a nurse in 1988, and then as a midwife in 1990 in England.

I would like to provide feedback regarding staff of Milford Office on Auckland's North Shore, particularly Carole Malone.
We lived at 86A Hastings Rd Mairangi Bay and instructed Carole to sell our home in an incredibly difficult market. Having had previously negative experiences with Harcourts Albany, I was reluctant to use Harcourts initially, but the enthusiastic professionalism and integrity displayed by Carole and her assistant, Mark, was sufficient to convince us that they were the right choice.
We were kept well informed throughout the selling process, with regular meetings and action plans agreed upon swiftly to obtain the desired result. I have never experienced such outstanding levels of service from any real estate agency before in 13 years and 6 house sales in Auckland.
I would also mention Ken, who eventually found the right buyer for our home and did some amazing negotiating to bring about a complicated rental situation for 3 families involved in the deal which sold our home.
