Get to know...
Andrea has achieved over $100,000,000 in settled sales in her longstanding year Real Estate career and continues to achieve top agent awards in her office. She attributes her success to her attention to detail in the preparation of properties , prior to marketing.
In September 2015 Andrea left Leaders Real Estate Ltd to move to Harcourts Team Wellington. Her decision to move agencies was in order to be able to offer clients the option of auctioning their property. She also wanted a higher level of technological support for her clients and databases. Coming from an IT background Andrea is very tech savvy and up to date with the latest marketing techniques.
Harcourts provide a much higher level of service and professionalism to clients than other agencies. Harcourts are the only agency in Wellington who have dedicated auction rooms, far superior technology and database support available to salesperson’s client lists. They are also the largest agency in New Zealand and have a huge network and marketing machine supporting the entire network of salespeople.
Testimonial
“Andrea is an amazing Real Estate Agent who loves her work and this ensures that both the seller and the buyer are reassured during one of the most stressful transactions people can go through. I would have no hesitation in asking Andrea to assist me in either the purchase or sale of a home as I know that I would be receiving the best advice in Wellington!

have come to Real Estate after a successful career as a primary school teacher. I first had to do my compulsory country service at Makomako School in the Wairarapa, then taking on the responsibility of Infant Mistress at Strathmore Park School, relief teaching at various schools and finally as Senior Teacher at Newtown School working with new entrants, the Reading Recovery programme, and children for whom English was a second language.
I have always enjoyed being involved with children - as a Play Centre Supervisor at the Island Bay Play Centre while our three children attended - primary school netball coach, and volunteer at Ronald McDonald House.
As a pastime I have enjoyed working in many service industries - as a week end motel cleaner, cafe assistant, hotel waitress, barmaid and receptionist, and usher at the Town Hall, Michael Fowler Centre, St. James Theatre, Opera House and TSB arena.
Through my husband Gordon, I was involved in the Island Bay Lions Club and take an active interest in and support many community activities and fundraisers.
I am fortunate to have a husband who supports me in my work and patiently assists me at open homes as extra security for the home, puts up the For Sale and SOLD signs and delivers fliers advertising the homes.
It is always a privilege to be entrusted with the marketing and sale of a property and a challenge to help people find satisfaction in not just a house but a home.
I love the Real Estate business and the opportunity it gives me to meet and work for people from varied backgrounds and diverse cultures.
