Chester Rendell joined the team at New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty in mid 2016 after working for over 19 years as a specialist in Waterfront Lifestyle properties and high end Hospitality/Tourism businesses and properties.

From 2000 Chester led his previous company’s drive to establish their presence in the South Pacific Islands, in particular Fiji, selling resorts, waterfront real estate, residential resort developments and private holiday retreats.

From 2008 to mid 2014 Chester returned to the Bay of Islands and was the Far North area’s leading sales person for his previous company year after year culminating in managing the Far North area from Kerikeri for 12 months and then opening and running a new Paihia office in the centre of the Bay of Islands. He has had success in all aspects of real estate from high end residential through to tourism and hospitality properties, motels, hotels, lodges etc - in fact all types of real estate!

From 2014 to 2018 Chester worked between Auckland and the Bay of Islands selling property in many different areas.

In January 2018 Chester was asked to take a leadership role in the Kerikeri Office for his current company and he will lead their expansion into the Bay of Islands and the wider Northland area - so the commuting days to Auckland have all but gone! One less car on Auckland’s congested roads! He will continue to sell high end waterfront and luxury properties, tourism properties and businesses in New Zealand and squeeze in a little Fiji.

Cynthia is a very committed salesperson and marketing consultant, and has worked in real estate franchise offices over the past ten years in Auckland, Whangarei, Kaikohe and Kerikeri.

Cynthia specialises in coastal residential and lifestyle properties.

Cynthia resides in Omapere village and her selling area is throughout the Hokianga, encompassing the harbourside areas of Opononi, Koutu, Kohukohu, Rawene, Omapere, Waimamamaku, Wekaweka through to the environs of Kaikohe.

The Hokianga Harbour estuary extends approximately thirty kilometres from the Tasman Sea.
