Having been a Napier resident for most of her life, Colleen has an extensive knowledge of the area and is passionate about the Bay. Excited by the growth in Hawkes Bay with waterfront developments, many new subdivisions and a growing tourist market, Colleen finds it rewarding to be selling real estate and at the same time promoting the region.
Colleen joined the Hawkes Bay Bayleys team in 2003 after 17 years in her own hair design business and from there brings with her the skill and ability to deal competently and comfortably with a wide range of situations and people. Colleen achieved the top award in the Hawkes Bay for ‘Successful Auction Listings’ and ‘Most Exclusive Listings’ sold over six months in 2007. In 2008 she was awarded for successfully ‘Marketing and Selling in Excess of $25 Million of Real Estate’. 2009 had a great start having achieved ‘Top Agent’ award for January, February, April & May and ‘Most Listings’ in August. 2010 has been going great, having achieved ‘Top Agent’ for January and ‘High Achiever’ for the 2009-2010, 2011,2012 years. Colleen has started the 2013 year well receiving the Salesperson for the month both January and February and has currently seven properties under contract for the month of March 2013.
