Born & raised in good old Upper Hutt, Lee is a strong advocate for the Hutt Valley & all it offers. Lee’s passion for Real Estate started 10 years ago through her personal experience with buying, renovating, adding value to and selling her own homes. Lee absolutely loves property & is a licensed Real Estate Sales Person. She loves talking with people & listening to their needs. Lee was office manager for her family business “Cliff Pepperell Ltd” in Upper Hutt for many years & went onto becoming Manager of “Berringers Fashions Industry Wellington”. From there, Lee opened a very successful cafe/restaurant & ran it for 4 years until they sold it in 2004. She began in Real Estate with her husband Marc & has never looked back. Lee is looking forward to working with a wide diversity of people, assisting them with all their real estate decisions, providing solutions to their challenges and taking the stress out of buying and selling property in Upper Hutt.
