In 2004 Sonia arrived in Tauranga for a new challenge after a long time in the food retail business with her husband. Sonia worked in various other types of retail and then helped her husband in the house renovation business he still has today.
Sonia has a passion for all kinds of homes and an interest in all aspects of home and lifestyle. Having bought and sold real estate over the years with her husband, she is aware of the stress that can be felt by people. Sonia is sensitive to people’s needs in selling their long time home, and sometimes the need to sell and move due to changes of situation.
Sonia is married with 5 grown children. She loves living in the Bay for the climate and everything it has to offer, and has wonderful memories of the Bay from childhood holidays.
