Rob moved from the UK to New Zealand 35 years ago to work in the home textile industry in design, sales and marketing and has never looked back. Having lived in Mt Eden now for thirty years he has sold a great many homes in the area and knows the market well through personal experience.

Rob bought his first residential property at the age of nineteen and has continued to invest in property ever since. With his strong interest in property it was therefore only natural for him to enter real estate twelve years ago and utilise his experience and enthusiasm as well as his outstanding ability to negotiate. A good listner and creative thinker, with ethics and honesty, many of his clients have come back to work with him time and time again to buy or sell properties. His commitment is very firm with the vendor he is working with to achieve the best price from the market.

With a personality and English sence of humour that endears him to everyone, he still remains competitive as only a competitive squash player would.

Time out for Rob includes being Chairman of the Forest and Bird Central Auckland region with particular interest in the re-introduction of native birds and butterflies to Auckland. He is also on the board of Eden Gardens, an iconic haven in central Auckland and also has a keen interest in the qaulity wines of New Zealand.

His enthusiasm is infectious with an open and friendly nature.
