A shareholder and co-business owner at Bayleys Taranaki since it opened its doors in 2007, Neale was the Taranaki Regional Manager for over seven years, while still maintaining an active involvement in sales. Neale has now stepped back from the operational side of the business to focus on his passion for selling property and managing projects.

I worked in both the retail sales and advertising industries before being awarded the prestigious Bayleys Scholarship to pursue a career in real estate sales. I am in my 4th year of helping people to buy and sell real estate now.
Outside work I am on the Committee and I volunteer at the New Plymouth Riding for the Disabled. I have a long history with this organisation going back to the 80's & a passion for horses.
