Merv began his real estate career in Waiuku in 1996, coming from a rural background as a Dairy farmer and Jersey cattle breeder. Merv has been involved in 100’s of successful rural and residential sales. Having gained invaluable experience working through the difficult times, Merv understands what it takes to help his clients realise their property goals in any market.

Merv’s particular forte is skillful negotiation. He has the ability to understand and evaluate and communicates effectively, acting with integrity throughout the process – earning him the trust and respect of many satisfied customers.

The extensive experience and knowledge Merv has gained, enables him to develop effective marketing campaigns tailored to each client and property. Merv is committed to delivering an efficient and professional service and gives his clients informed and up to date advice based on an analysis of statistics and changes that impact on the market.

Merv has lived by the coast for most of his life and enjoys the benefits this brings. Like many he enjoys fishing and boating and was involved with playing and coaching rugby for many years.
