Having lived in Papamoa since 1983, I have first hand experience in what a wonderful place Papamoa is to live and raise a family. I have been happily married since 1979 and have two grown up children. I enjoy going to the gym, meeting people and love biking - especially on the beautiful cycle-ways in the Bay.

I have been involved with the Real Estate industry since 1993, assisting my husband for ten years and actively selling real estate since July 2003.

What if anything could we do better next time or do you have any suggestions regarding and aspect of how we do things?
I was surprised how much marketing a property has improved since we last sold a house.

Of three agents we selected to market our property, Annette and Wayne Skinner presented a professional marketing plan that stood out head and shoulders above the rest. We thought to set a fixed price but Annette and Wayne persuaded us to put the house to auction which proved to be an excellent choice. From the time they took over our property I was impressed with the reports each week on people who had viewed the property with other agent’s and who had been through the open homes. We were kept in touch all along the way. I would recommend Annette and Wayne to anyone who wants to sell – they are certainly ‘On the Ball’’.
