Born and raised in the Waikato, Brenda married and moved to Auckland in the early 1980s. In the late 1980s Brenda began working for Fletcher Homes as a Sales and Marketing Consultant. This involved the selling and marketing of homes throughout the greater Auckland area. (Orewa in the North, Henderson/Glendene in the west, Howick, Highland Park in the East. Manurewa, Alfriston and Papakura to the South). During the 1990s Brenda worked exclusively for the Fletcher Burswood Development in East. It was in the mid-1990s Brenda Ellis and Sue Baldick decided to join forces and Team Sell. (We both have different strengths and it has worked very well - we have been Team selling for over 20years).

In 2002 we were approached by P&H Realty to join their team. We decided to move to P&H Realty and continue to cover the greater Auckland area.

Sue Baldick has been successfully selling Real Estate since 1987. Firstly, selling new homes in the Auckland area from Orewa, South, West and East to eventually selling Burswood in Pakuranga.
