Born and raised in Wellington Joy has a daughter and a son who are both married and she has three adorable grandchildren Joy’s name is synonymous with Real Estate, selling properties in the Southern and Eastern suburbs. She has enjoyed a truly outstanding career over the past 25 years. She has proved her success by building strong meaningful relationships with her clients.

Joy is professional, focused, dedicated and works alongside her clients acting as a mentor with superb listening skills. Joy is passionate about the process of seeing through a transaction from start to finish and her strong negotiating and marketing skills are clearly the reason she is so successful.

Formerly with Harcourts Joy has been awarded many sales awards over the years from being No. 1 in Team Wellington and consistently in the Top 100 for New Zealand, No. 1. In Harcourts Kilbirnie, Top 20 for the Wellington region, receiving Silver and Bronze Sales Awards for 25 years and a $M150 Diamond Pin for sales in 2015.

In 2010 Joy joined REMAX for four years which was formerly Leaders in Wellington and received an Award for the 100% Club in Las Vegas. Joy rejoined Harcourts in 2014. Joy has made the decision to change companies and work with the team at Ray White in Kilbirnie and once again enjoy the “village” atmosphere.

Joy is a Licensed Branch Manager under REAA2008 and holds her National Certificate in Real Estate (NCRE) and is a member of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand
