Hi, I'm Martin and I emigrated here from the UK 7 years ago with my family. We all seem to have settled really well and are loving our new life in the Bay. I am a mechanical fitter by trade, and worked on the railways back in the UK. I have also spent many years doing all types of property maintenance.

I am really enjoying my role with Eves as I'm a real people person and enjoy the interaction this work brings, and ultimately the satisfaction that it delivers when you help people achieve their goals. I've helped many people in the last 7 years, and also made many new friends!

Colin has been in the Real Estate industry for a little while now. He thrives on the relationships he forms, and loves seeing people he works with achieve their objectives. He thinks it’s wonderful when vendors sell a property and are able to move on with their lives, and is delighted when a buyer finds the property they have been looking for.

To him “Real Estate is not rocket science, it is about discovering what people want, then making it happen”.

Colin knows the Western Bay of Plenty district like the back of his hand. He was born here, and couldn’t think of anywhere he’d rather live, so it comes naturally that he promotes property in the area with enthusiasm. “Why would anyone NOT want to live here?” he says, “It’s a thriving region with huge potential. My job is to help people be a part of it.”
