Neale has been involved extensively in the lifestyle real estate market since 2005.

Neale's ability to adapt and utilize the necessary skills required for his environment can be shown in the varied industries he has worked in prior to real estate - a Hamilton sign franchise, 10 years as a broiler chicken grower for Tegel and many years extensively involved in the civil and mechanical construction industry.

Coming from Tasmania, he has a certain affinity with “Aussie Rules” and is actively involved with scuba diving. A good Aussie joke never goes amiss either!

John Sisley has been involved in farming in the Waikato all of his adult life.

Educated at New Plymouth Boys High School and Lincoln University, he has been a valuer, sharemilker, dairy and drystock farm owner and, since 1992, a rural real estate agent. Since then, he has sold a diverse range of properties, which (along with his background in other rural pursuits) gives John a broad understanding of the market and developing trends that few others can lay claim to.
