David has been in real estate since 1981 and joined Selig Real Estate in 1985, in 1986 he became a shareholder and part owner of the Company. David still holds the record at Seligs for the most properties sold in a year. He has a large and loyal clientele with some families having bought or sold properties through David numbering into double figures.

David has many interests involving church, farming and 4 wheel driving. The latter has taken him into remote and beautiful parks around New Zealand and Australia with his family. David has been involved in Eastern Hutt Rotary since 1984. A family man, David has 2 married daughters and four grandsons.

John started in Real Estate in 2005 after a long career in the Timber and Building Industry.

Having lived all his life in the Hutt Valley, John and his family reside in Kelson where they built their family home 25 years ago.

John is totally committed to achieving the best possible result for his clients, whatever the prevailing market conditions are at the time.

Real Estate is all about people, and testimony to that it is the repeat and referral business that has come back to John simply because of his previous hard work, honesty, integrity, and common sense approach to achieving the desired end result.

In his spare time his family is a priority, and John is also actively involved with the Avalon Tennis Club of which he has been part of since 1997 and on the Management team since 2000.
