Plunket is a charitable organisation which delivers services from a network of buildings throughout the country. When we decide to sell a building, we need to make sure that we get the maximum price for it and in a way that makes the sale process transparent. This can mean that there are extra steps and more work for the real estate agent. We recently sold a building in Manurewa. We signed on Warren Rawiri-Walsh to sell it for us. And it soon became apparent to Warren that there indeed would be more work required on his behalf than would normally be required to sell a property.
