Doris was withPakuranga &Howick Realty and was consistently in the top 10/20 per cent for sales and has been every year for the last 10 years. In 2015 Doris achieved the fifth highest sales for the entire group, and the third highest for the Botany area.

Now working with her son Shaun Tracey and the team at Ray White Flat Bush, she is working to provide the same excellent service she has always done.

Doris’ experience in residential real estate includes design-and-build projects (some of which have achieved Master Builders’ House of the Year awards), luxury homes, units and apartments. She has also achieved numerous commercial property sales, from sections and lifestyle blocks to small farms and business.

Before starting her real estate career, Doris was involved in import and export project development, marketing, and customer service. She is married to a Kiwi, Colin, and they returned to live in New Zealand some 35 years ago, settling in beautiful Bucklands Beach to bring up their two children.
 
Doris is multilingual - Cantonese, Mandarin, Teochew and, of course, English – which puts her at a unique advantage when dealing with complicated business negotiations, something she excels at.

In her spare time, Doris loves to travel, spend time with family and friends, and has a real passion for interior design. Doris welcomes all types of clients and is dedicated to achieving excellent results for both sellers and buyers.

Born, bred & educated locally at Saint Kentigern College, Shaun got his start in retail where he worked his way to assistant manager while learning the principles of sales, communication and customer service after amassing a wealth of experience over 10 years in the industry.

Started and operated his own retail business for several years he also managed a stand for his store at several expos.

Throughout this time Shaun assisted Doris Tracey on a part time basis as a personal assistant, while helping with the construction of the family lifestyle residence.

In 2016 Shaun moved to real estate work and has enjoyed working with a wide range of people.
