Girls run in the family, with Kate, Emma and Helen all attending Ferndale Kindergarten, Marist Primary then Marist College before going on to University. Granddaughter Kayla has been joined by Darragh and Liam, sons of Helen and Owen.

After 11 years of successfully selling local real estate, and managing a Mt Albert Real Estate Franchise, Anne was ready for the challenge of opening her own office, and with husband Ross, set about establishing Anne Duncan Real Estate in August 2004.
