Mike has been involved in the property industry since the early 1990s.

After graduating from Lincoln University majoring in Valuation and Property Management, Mike entered the real estate industry as a sales consultant.

During his nine year sales career, he became particularly interested in selling and investing in residential property.

In 2001, Mike made contact with Tony Brazier and together they set up a property management division of Braziers. This portfolio of managed properties has grown organically through word of mouth to become one of the largest in Christchurch.

Mike's experience over twenty five years covers multiple facets of property including sales, investment, refurbishment and management.

Recently Mike returned to sales and is focusing on residential sales throughout Christchurch and Canterbury, with particular emphasis on investment property.

Many people have the financial ability to build a property portfolio that will provide future income, but they don't have the knowledge or confidence to do so. Mike is passionate about investment property and sees it is a proven means to become financially independent over time.
