Megan has been involved in real estate on a personal level for many years now, having bought and sold several properties over that time including rental investments, classic kiwi do-ups and building new.

Megan also brings with her extensive knowledge and experience in Council Building and Planning matters gained from her time working at both the Western Bay of Plenty District Council and Tauranga City Council. Prior to this Megan also spent a number of years as a Police Officer with the New Zealand Police and specialising as a Crime Scene Officer.
