For the past fifteen years I have been actively involved in the real estate business, thriving in an industry that is both demanding and competitive. For four consecutive years I have attained the status of Millionaire Achiever in the Bay of Plenty/Waikato region and achieved Top Residential Salesperson Award in 2005. This is not only gratifying to me personally, but also recognition of my hard work and commitment.

In the past four years I have completed the National Diploma in Real Estate and the Graduate Diploma in Business Studies at Massey University that entitles me to be an Associate Member of the Real Estate Institute of NZ (AREINZ)
My skill base is the residential side of the building industry and I’ve been able to capitalise on over 30 years experience and expertise to bring a high level of service in my role as a real estate sales consultant.

As a joint Lynmore specialist I have my finger on the pulse of what is happening in real estate on the east side of Rotorua. I have been involved in the sale of the Lynmore Lake Vista Estate subdivision and VaughanRoad "Eastlake" stage one and two subdivisions that created a buying frenzy and the 100 per cent strike rate of sales confirmed that east side is more popular than ever. In fact, demand for real estate in Lynmore iand Owhata is currently outweighing availability. There is simply not enough listing stock to satisfy demand and I have genuine buyers seeking eastside locations.
