Karen began her real estate career in 2005 after a long career in business management and ownership in Auckland. Karen and her family live locally in Pyes Pa and love the convenience of location and the ease of access to all areas of Tauranga along with the ever increasing facilities that are developing in the area Karen describes as “the only area of the city to live.”

Craig has extensive experience in all facets of residential real estate from First home and investment to high end waterfront property and has a detailed knowledge of development projects which is one of his specialties. Past and present clients enjoy the benefit of Craig’s extensive knowledge and his no pressure yet straight to the point style which is reflected in the amount of repeat and referral business Craig receives.

Craig has completed his Diploma in Business Studies majoring in Real Estate at Massey University and is an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand and Branch Manager of the Tremains Pyes Pa office. Craig’s experience is obvious and he believes in furthering his and his teams knowledge and expertise in real estate to consistently provide a professional and informed service to all our clients.
